Although buyers also use other resources, they generally start the search process online and then contact an agent." Consequently, for a home to sell in today's market, it has to have a strong Internet visibility. Your home may be priced within the market parameters, it may be in excellent condition, but if the world doesn't know it's for sale, it will not.
