Current Puerto Rico Housing Incentives expire on the 31st of October 2011.  Governor Fortuño has extended these insentives, with a slight modification, through december 2012.  At the moment (Oct 12, 2011), we only have this information in Spanish.  It will be availbale in English soon.

• If you call about a particular listing, once you identify a particular listing (by clicking "View"), please look up the P2 Identification number located on the right lower corner of the page.  At the bottom of the page, as, identify horizontal, light blue bar.  On the right, underneath this bar, is the P2 ID number.
   
• If you write about a particular listing, please look up "quick Links"  on the left margin of the page.  The fourth choice (from top to bottom) is titled "Schedule a Showing".  Click here and you'll be prompted  to write your name, number and email (please add as amny details as possible about your real estate interets).  When we get this e-mail from this link, the P2 ID Number will be sent to us automatically.
