LUMA Energy manages electric transmission, distribution and customer service in Puerto Rico. Before requesting service, confirm the property’s physical address, meter number and account status.

LUMA generally requests valid government-issued photo identification and a Social Security number when establishing residential service. Additional documentation may be required depending on the property and type of request.

Water and Sewer Service

The Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority, commonly identified in Puerto Rico as AAA, manages public water and sewer service. Customers can request new service, verify account information, report interruptions and manage existing accounts through official AAA channels.
